ENHANCED FAMILY SUPPORTS PROGRAM

In addition to the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care™ Program, you also have access to the Enhanced Family Supports™ program, with free access to Sittercity’s comprehensive database of self-pay services to find nannies and sitters, pet care, and housekeeping help. Additionally, you can find valuable elder care resources through Years Ahead. You can also get discounts on tutoring, test prep, and enrichment classes as well as preferred enrollment for full-time child care at Bright Horizons centers and tuition discounts at partner centers and access discounts on a local, high-touch placement service of trained, screened nannies.

Access to Enhanced Family Supports™ are included, but additional membership activation and registration is required to use many of the resources.

• UC FAMILY-FRIENDLY OPTIONS
  UC supports eligible staff and faculty with family-related needs. The Pay for Family Care and Bonding (PFCB) program gives employees the option to replace some of the income they would otherwise lose during their approved Family and Medical Leave and, a new Adoption Assistance Plan reimburses employees for some adoption expenses.
